Let's softly move into 2023 in a way that feels way more authentic than oppressive care rituals around resolutions and changing who we are.

Here's what you can expect as part of this experience. You're welcome to make use of as little or as much of these components as you'd like (everything is optional!):

  • Daily 25 minute group care sessions at 6pm EST (from Jan 8-14) to tune into different parts of the body, try out gentle mindfulness and somatic awareness practices, reflect and receive support. *Recorded if you can't join live. We don't meet on day 6 as to observe a day of rest.

  • Digital downloadable journal with prompts and inspiration to understand what you need, cultivate what you want and support you in coming back to yourself regularly.

  • Group text message for connecting with new friends, sharing struggles and celebrations, and receiving accountability and support.
